FLAT OUT OF HEELS, LLC DONATED PROCEEDS FROM ONLINE SALES TO AIDS WALK ATLANTA AND 5K RUN 2011

Donated $5 From Every Pair of Shoes Sold on Monday, September 19 to the Atlanta AIDS Walk and 5K Run 2011

Flat Out Of Heels, LLC (www.flatoutofheels.com ), the creator of the innovative “Flat Out” vending machine, an upscale machine that dispenses Flat Out branded rollable ballet flats, recently announced its participation in AIDS WalkAtlanta held on October 16 in Piedmont Park. 

Originally seeking to raise $1000 to support the fight against AIDS, Flat Out of Heels, LLC donated $5 from every pair of shoes sold online at www.flatoutofheels.com on Monday, September 19, 2011.

Having met their monetary goal, Flat Out of Heels is walking with Team Be a Role Model. Be A Role Model is a non-profit organization that promotes self-esteem and cause awareness in the community by mentoring, public speaking and fundraising as well as working together with other foundations on certain issues.

AIDS Walk Atlanta and 5K Run, the largest and most visible fundraising event for AIDS in the southeast, raised over $925,000 during its 2010 campaign, with revenue directly benefiting HIV programs and services in the southeast.

Participation in AIDS Walk Atlanta and 5k Run 2011 is just one way Flat Out of Heels gives back to the community. With many more exciting humanitarian events planned in the future, Flat Out of Heels, LLC eagerly anticipates expanding its philanthropic division.
