After 2 years and one failed prototype the Flat Out of Heels rollable shoe vending machine is here! The month of July was very exciting for Flat Out of Heels. Our first vending machine was installed in the Atlanta Airport concourse E (#1 airport in the world) on July 1, 2013 and we are experiencing a great response. In mid July we installed a custom branded machine with special edition private labeled Flat Outs in LIV nightclub in Miami (Listed among the world's top 10 nightclubs), and in the coming weeks we will install in Mansion and Cameo Nightclub in Miami.

Launching in these prominent venues will give Flat Out tremendous exposure internationally. Our vending machines are generating a strong buzz in the vending/automated retailing business as we are the first kiosk of our kind anywhere in the world...shoe vending machines that accept cashless payments through a wireless system. SHOCKING 3D Scan of Woman's Foot in Heels

THE first 3D scan of a female foot in high heels has highlighted the painful price fashion- conscious women may pay for tottering around in towering Christian Louboutins or Jimmy Choos.

The photo above was taken with a new $340,000 scanner at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in North London. The PedCAT machine, the first of its kind in the UK, does a 360-degree scan of the patient's feet in just 60 seconds.  

"There's nothing wrong with being in this high heel position temporarily - it forms a part of your normal stride. And if you wear heels for an hour or two at an evening party, it's not a problem" Mr Goldberg said. "But if you wear them for eight hours a day for years on end, you will develop problems."

It's Not Too Late To Save a Life !

The first cases of what would later become known as AIDS were reported in the U.S. in June of 1981. Since then, 1.7 million people in the U.S. are estimated to have been infected with HIV, including over 619,000 who have already died and approximately 1.2 million (1,178,359) adults and adolescents who are currently living with HIV. 

Given these startling statistics and an effort to pay it forward,  Flat Out of Heels is donating $10 from EVERY pair of RED SHOES purchased in October to the BE A ROLE MODEL foundation to help reach the organization's goal of raising $10,000 for HIV/AIDS awareness, research and prevention.
